Geared Property Income Fund - Retail

Fund Details 

• A geared property fund designed to provide investors with regular income and the potential for magnified capital growth
• The Fund invests in the AUI Property Income Fund and borrows money to increase the amount that it can invest, with the goal of increasing its total return
• By investing in a range of property assets and cash, the Fund is able to maintain a degree of liquidity that enables investors to generally withdraw from the Fund when they choose. This provides investors with access to direct property investments as well as the flexibility to access part or all the investment when it’s required      

The gearing ranges between 30-60% of the Fund’s gross assets.

• Want access to geared investments through their superannuation fund
