Fund Details 

A property fund designed to provide investors with regular income. 
The Fund invests across a range of property asset types, including direct property, unlisted property funds, and listed property trusts. 

By investing in a range of property assets and cash, the Fund is able to maintain a high level of liquidity, so investors can generally withdraw from the Fund when they choose.

Who is the investment manager?

Australian Unity Investments manages the direct, unlisted property and cash in the Fund. 

The listed property trust component of the Fund is managed by Australian Unity Investments and Goldman Sachs JB Were.

Who should invest?

Investors who:

• Want regular income payments
• Want to invest in a range of different property assets
• Want direct property exposure but may need to access some or all of the investment at relatively short notice
• Will invest in the Fund for at least five years
