This Fund is an unlisted managed investment scheme with a primary focus on investments in listed Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts (Australian REITs).
The Fund gains exposure to Australian REITs via the Australian Unity A-REIT Fund. The Fund also invests in unlisted property trusts and cash and cash equivalents.
Investment Objective
The Fund aims to provide an income return along with capital growth over the long term above the S&P/ASX200 A-REIT Accumulation Index.

The Fund's listed property investment via the Australian Unity A-REIT Fund is managed by Australian Unity Investments and Renaissance Property Securities Pty Ltd.

Fund Structure
The Fund is uniquely structured with 3 difference unit classes:
- Ordinary Units - entitle investors to an un-biased proportion of income and capital return
- Growth Units – entitle investors to a higher proportion of capital return and lower income return
- Income Units – entitle investors to a higher proportion of income return and lower capital return
