Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The total prize pool is $1000. This consists of four prizes of a Coles Group & Myer gift card, each valued at $250, awarded to the prize winners. Users must visit the following URL in order to entry the promotion: http://www.australianunityinvestments.com.au
2. Information on how to enter and prizes, forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry is restricted to Australian residents.
3. The promoter is Australian Unity Funds Management Pty Ltd ABN 60 071 497 115. Authorized under ACT Licence No ACT TP 10/02203.1, Authorized under NSW Permit LTPS/10/04711.
4. Employees and their immediate families of Australian Unity Funds Management Limited and any of its related bodies corporate, are ineligible to enter this competition.
5. The competition runs from 9.00am, 1/07/2010 to 11.59 pm 30/11/2010 in all Australian states and territories ("Competition Period").
6. To be eligible for the prize, a person must be over 18 years of age, and nominate their method of statement communication. The prize draw is random, entry is limited to one entitlement per person. The prize is neither transferable nor capable of conversion
7. The prize will be drawn on 1/12/2010 11:30am EST at 114 Albert Road, South Melbourne. Prize winners will be contacted via mail and published in The Australian on 3/12/2010.
8. Prizes must be claimed by 1/03/2011, if not, a second random draw will occur on that date at 11:30am EST at 114 Albert Road, South Melbourne, winners of the second random draw will be contacted by mail and the results notified thereafter by publication in the Australian on 3/03/2011.
9. Proof of Identity, age and residence may be required at our discretion
10. The Promoter's decisions in relation to all aspects of this promotion are final, and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence
11. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by any entrant/winner as a result of participating in this promotion, or accepting any prize.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize.
13. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and communicating with entrants as to future offers, information and/or marketing promotions. The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants.
