The Caltex Twin Centres are situated north of the Wyong turn-off within the Central Coast region of NSW, an area which has witnessed significant population growth in recent years and is anticipated to experience further growth over the longer term under a major new urban release plan.
This growth has been reflected by a steady rise in passing traffic at the Centres, evidenced by an average annual increase in traffic count of 3.9% since 1998.
The Centres comprise two service stations three restaurants and a workshop. The service stations and restaurants operate 24 hours a day.
The service stations have been leased exclusively to Caltex until June 2013, with rent increasing annually to CPI.
Prospects for the catchment area
A major new urban release plan for the Central Cost region is expected to support further growth in the area over the longer term.
