Australian Unity warmly welcomes its newest group of investors.

Australian Unity Investments took responsibility for the retail property funds previously managed by Investa Funds Management Limited, with practical effect from 1 October 2011. The new name for the Responsible Entity of the funds is Australian Unity Property Investment Management Limited.

Reinforcing this commitment, we are pleased to announce that Mark Lumby, former General Manager of Investa’s Retail Funds, and two senior managers who were responsible for the fund's asset and portfolio management have now joined Australian Unity Investments.

Distributions will continue to be paid quarterly and in line with your existing arrangements.

Registry functions will continue to be provided by Boardroom

As you may already be aware, the Fund’s registry functions are provided by Boardroom (Victoria) Pty Limited.

Investors are able to log onto to www.boardroomlimited.com.au and securely view their investments through the ‘InvestorServe’ portal. Your existing usernames and passwords will not change as a result of the Australian Unity acquisition.
